Ker is a daemon just like Epi is. Why, then, does she look human when he had to struggle to learn how to change forms to disguise himself? Ker isn't a shapeshifter, is she?
No, she is not. She presses her legs together, stretches up tall, and teeters on all eight of them beneath a long, skintight dress. Her other two eyes are conveniently covered by a lock of long, black hair.
when she moves, there's a faint scuffling sound heard around her. now we know why.
(I was talking about Ker being a daemon the other day when I realized that I haven't drawn out/posted what she actually looks like yet and have just been assuming everyone could read my mind. lol, whoops!)

Did an outfit redesign for the angel/demon AU I'm still obsessed with, plus non sequitur comic, now with shiny new outfits! 😎
I may do something else with this specific storyline but yeah. yeah.
On one hand I kinda like the grayscale black and white, but I only did it that way because I sketched the comic really sloppily and didn't want to put effort into doing nice color on top of a 2 second scribble-comic.

we've been playing with the Furies for years and it took this long for one of us to finally draw them
In Greek mythology, the Furies were three daemon sisters. They look really scary, and they are really scary, but most people don't have to worry about them-- the Furies were actually the good guys. Their job was to punish people who had committed terrible crimes (usually things like matricide and patricide), people who had broken Stygian oaths, or people who just pissed the gods off. From left to right; Tisiphone, Megaera, and Alecto.
Not shown are tails, feet claws, or Tisiphone's famous scorpion tipped whip.
tisi's the oldest and also really the only one who's ever totally got her shit together

Artemis and Apollo. Again, everyone should know who these two are but in case you don't, Artemis and Apollo were twin brother and sister-- Artemis was the goddess of the hunt, wilderness, and later was related to the moon. Apollo was the god of light, music, poetry and later was related to the sun.
Apollo is up there with zeus for the title of "biggest dramatic baby in greek mythology". Everything that Artemis dislikes about men is perfectly manifested in her twin brother, actually...
