drew this last night, might as well post it here too
this could be an AU, but really what was in my head was, Loki decided to bring Chnunie (the vulture) back to life, mostly because he suspected it would get Eury to look like a supervillain, since you can’t walk around with a vulture perched on your shoulder without looking like one. he probably didn’t expect him to take it this far, but eury’s dom!side is always looking for outlets.

Fun fact vultures sound like actual dinosaurs and I kind of want to bring Chnunie back to life so he can fly around and terrify everyone with inhuman screeching

Ganymede and Hyacinthos had been best friends a few thousand years ago and by best friends I mean "really ridiculously in love with each other but unable to say so out loud [or, in Ganymede's case, brainwashed and unaware that that was how he was feeling]." Whoopsie! But now that Ganymede's back in the Underworld he's been reunited with his... friend.
Their ship/pairing name is called Budding Stars, because Hyacinthos was turned into a flower, and Ganymede became a constellation.

Here's a sketch I did a while ago, posting this because I haven't uploaded any art for like a month. Oops. Been busy. I'm not now, though.
Chal's there on the left, I've talked about him before, but I don't think I've ever talked about Libitina, the dark girl on the right. Chal met Libby when he was younger, and in between being a lunatic, killing things and wreaking havoc, she's remained his only friend (it's complicated to explain why he looks annoyed with her in this picture, so I just won't get into it. They're usually friends, take my word for it). Libby's sweet if not a little creepy, and no one knows for sure what's under her hair.
Oh, yeah, and she also doesn't exist. Unbeknownst to him, Chal happens to be severely sleep deprived, and Libby is a hallucination. He doesn't know that she isn't real, and probably will not find out unless something goes horribly wrong in the future. (Just as a note, Chal's illness has nothing to do with his murderous activities. He would be killing people even if he wasn't sick.)

In Greek mythlogy, Hyacinthos was a boy loved by Apollo. Everything was fine and dandy until this other god Zephyrus, a wind god, decided that he was in love with Hyacinthos too. Out of jealousy, when Apollo and Hyacinthos were playing discus (frisbee, but with a heavy metal disc), Zephyrus blew it off course so that it hit Hyacinthos and killed him. In grief Apollo turned him into a flower... the hyacinth. Which is where we get the name.
in Elysium, he was also close friends with Ganymede, which really sucked for Gany when he died. As if the poor cupbearer needed another awful thing in his life.
(Also, yes, people did dye their hair in ancient Greek, it was totally possible. I looked it up.)
